It’s important to challenge authority, but there are ways to poke at orthodoxy that don’t risk destabilising valuable institutions, to the point of no return.
Here are some examples:
Use a tie as a belt.
Refuse to utter the word “brunch.”
Know your city like the front of your hand.
Pretend that Pepsi is genuinely as good as Coke.
Wear all tie-dye outfits, all the time.
Spend your weekends up a tree.
